What does the gym do?
Gypsy creates a zip package to install in recovery mode. When you install a new ROM your system is deleted and many times you wipe your data. GIMP can create a package of your apps, data and files that you want to install right after a ROM or as a ROM add-on. Programs and updates in Zip sign the Zip package so that your recovery can install it.
