The Visual Support app allows support agents, experts and claims professionals to see what you’re looking for. Either using the camera on the back of your Android device or sharing your screen.
To use this application you must send an invitation via SMS or start an interaction from a webpage.
To start visual interaction you need to download the application and go back to SMS or webpage to connect the session.
You can use advanced abilities during the interaction:
