The map does not move / point in the wrong place
Make sure you do not switch to manual mode. Do you have a compass on your phone? If not, Sky Map cannot tell your orientation. Check it out here: http://www.gsmarena.com/
Try to calibrate your compass by moving it to an 8-speed figure or as described here

Is there a magnet or metal nearby that could interfere with the compass? Try switching off “magnetic correction” (in settings) and see if it’s more accurate.
Why is autoclaving not supported for my phone?
The way of working with permission has changed in Android In. You need to enable location permission settings for your Sky Map as described here:

Try adjusting the sensor speed and damp (in settings). We have a better solution coming soon!
Do I need an internet connection?
No, but some functions (such as manually entering your own position) will not work without it. You need to use GPS or enter latitude and longitude instead.
