Editing with the Google Docs application
The app is 100% free and comes with 15GB of space Google Drive. And you can download the app by clicking the download button above. Just install the file when the download is complete. The best thing about this app is that it allows you to work remotely within groups.
Click the plus button at the bottom right of Google Docs and your new document is ready to be edited and customized. You can also choose from pre-built templates. This can be a hassle when working from a mobile phone as it saves your formatting time.
You can find CVs, letters, and other school or education-related templates in the pre-built templates section of Google Docs. If you want to start with a simple file, just click the new file and it will open. The document will display two primary menus at the top and a layout menu at the bottom.
In the top menu, you can access and toggle items like spell check and word count. You can insert link tables and horizontal lines using the menu above (plus icons). Once you have edited and saved the document, simply click on the recipient’s logo to share the document with your colleagues.
