Critical Ops introduces an FPS game that allows players to play through well-crafted maps in challenging modes. Either lead the loan scoreboard or form a band of brothers. Fight as a violator or a member of the coalition.

The features of Critical Ops are as follows.
3 different challenging modes:
- Diffuse mode: This mode has 2 teams and 2 goals. The first group is trying to plant a bomb and will protect it until it explodes. The other party is trying to reduce it.
- Team Deathmatch: The mode provides deathmatch with a time period where two teams fight.
- Song Games: 2 teams fight against each other with each player working in their own way through matches with available players. Same Gangstar Vegas.
Other game modes:
- Quick Games: Play each available game mode in match-making games with players of the same skill level.
- Ranked Games: Mode is a variant of diffuse mode where each team competes for points while defending their rank.
- Custom Games: Allows players to play games in a classic mode where they can join or host a room for any game mode. User groups can secure passwords.
