Review
Badland is an award-winning atmospheric side-scrolling action adventure platform set in a gorgeous forest filled with various inhabitants, trees and flowers. Although the forest seems to be present from outside a beautiful fairy tale, there is something terrifying. The player controls one of the foresters to find out what is happening and discovers a surprising number of imaginary traps and obstacles along the way.
Beadland combines stunning, atmospheric graphics and audio with its fancy physics-based gameplay to take the side-scroller to the next level.
Badland also features a highly original local multiplayer mode for up to four players on the same device, where the game name survives without any rules. Pushing your competitors in front of spinning notification saws to survive is perfectly fine. Or, if it’s fairly rough for you, you can collaborate with your friends and run a modified single player campaign with up to four players.
