All programs are explained by professional fitness coaches and the difficulty is divided into two levels:
E Bagner – For people who are new to physical activity.
D Advanced – Experienced ready for their own tests.
Each training program lasts three weeks to make physical activity an integral part of your life and help you get the shape you want, so it takes 21 days to build good habits. The program takes a detailed schedule and a good diet.
