Gameplay and controls
Spider-Man’s “Spider Sense” warns users when an enemy is about to strike. If the right screen button is hit in a timely manner, you will be able to counter-attack and defeat enemies. Controls a virtual thumb-stick pointer to the left of the screen, and action buttons to the right for punching, shooting webs, or jumping. By failing to offend, players enhance their experience and are able to earn “Spidey Dollars”. Which can be redeemed to upgrade Spydy’s capabilities.
Slowly acquired power-ups with some frustration navigating through the game’s virtual joysticks. The game requires an internet connection, but does not maintain it. When you try to play without a working internet connection, the game will insist that no internet connection is available. And it forbids many owners to go on their own.
